GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS.

At the time of booking, the guest agrees to read these terms and conditions. Payment for the reservation and the total price of the booked stay constitutes acceptance of these general contracting conditions. If the guest does not accept or clearly understand any of these conditions, they should not continue with the booking. All guests must be of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered. Each guest’s personal data must be truthful and will be processed in accordance with current legislation.

CHECK IN:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival.
You must inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance, and inform us if you will arrive later than the indicated time, in order to coordinate with our staff how to arrange the accommodation.

Otherwise, the reservation will be considered canceled, a “No Show” charge will be applied, and the apartment will be made available.

The client must present identification for all guests wishing to stay at the establishment at check-in.

By accepting the key and accessing the apartments, the client(s) accept the establishment’s terms and conditions, which are automatically incorporated into the contract for additional services.

All personal information collected at check-in (name, ID, telephone number, or additional information) is protected under data protection law. You can find more information in our privacy policy.

CHECK-OUT:

Check-out will be until 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Late check-out is available, with an additional cost according to the current rate until 3:00 p.m., subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Failure to comply with this rule implies acceptance of the possibility of eviction or an additional charge of one night, even if the guest does not stay for the full period of the stay.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have made a reservation online on our website, you must provide a credit card number in order to process the corresponding charge or deposit.

The credit card must be the property of the reservation holder. We do not accept credit cards without prior authorization from the credit card holder.
If you have made a reservation via email, the same conditions apply as for booking on the website.

If you choose the non-refundable rate, the conditions of that rate apply. The total amount must be paid at the time of booking. The establishment will request the guest’s ID or passport to issue the invoice.

RESERVATION TYPES:

The establishment offers several types of reservations with different cancellation and payment clauses depending on the rate booked.

A) Refundable Rate:

With this rate, cancellations or modifications can be made free of charge up to seven (7) days before arrival (cut-off time is 2:00 PM).

Cancellations made after the seven-day deadline will incur a charge of 50% of the contracted stay (for one-night stays, the charge will be 100% of the total).

No-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation.

B) Non-Refundable Rate:

With this rate, the establishment will request payment of 100% of the stay at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or modification to the reservation. Any modification to the reservation made by the user, with the exception of changes to the check-in and check-out times, will be considered a cancellation for all purposes and will require a new reservation.

C) Group Reservations:

A reservation occupying three or more apartments within the same tourist block will be considered a group reservation and is subject to confirmation by the establishment.

To block and confirm these reservations, a 20% deposit of the total reservation is required. This deposit can be made by card or bank transfer. Until this payment has been made, the reservation will not be considered firm and confirmed.
With this rate, cancellations or modifications can be made free of charge up to fifteen (15) days before arrival (cut-off time is 2:00 PM).
In the event of cancellation, the money will not be refunded. If the guest cannot use their reservation within those 15 days and must cancel, the money will also not be refunded.

No-shows the “No show” establishment will bear the charge of 100% of the booking total.

At all times there must be an adult as the booking holder and will be the person in charge in each of the apartments of the minors who are accommodated.

All other terms and conditions are the same as those set out in the general terms and conditions of Cala Lanuza Suites.

MINIMUM STAY:

The establishment does not allow a stay of less than two nights, with the exception of bridges, months of July and August and Holy Week and Christmas holidays that the stay will be three nights minimum.

SEASONS:

The establishment administers different seasons, as our destination is very variable.
The seasons can be variable from year to year, depending on the date of Easter, bridges and holidays, etc. The dynamics of tariff enforcement can be variable.

PRICE:

The price of the accommodation includes conservation, maintenance and furniture repairs (except those in excess of normal and diligent use), water supplies, electricity, swimming pool, gym, internet, air conditioning / heat pump, daily cleaning and bedding (does not include housekeeping). Apartments are offered clean with sheets and towels for people who have booked.

The prices stated on this website (of accommodation or additional services), include the corresponding taxes in force whenever applicable.

Prices and booking conditions are as specified in their respective offer. The I.V.A. will be included in the booking price.

Prices will be expressed in the currency EURO.

Any payment made to Cala Lanuza Suites entails the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered customer or the social reason he/she has informed at the time of booking. This invoice will be delivered to the client at the time of completion of the accommodation and payment of all contracted services via email indicated in your booking.

Offers will be valid for the time stated in the statements thereof.

In the event of computer or typographical errors in the prices, Cala Lanuza Suites will proceed to correct them as detected. In such cases, the correct price resulting from the correction shall be applied to the reservation, provided that due diligence in the process and prior to the date of commencement of service provision permits.

The methods of payment allowed to formalize the booking will be those detailed in this offer.

EXTRA SERVICES:

Cradle under demand and availability, according to rate in force at all times.
Parking subject to demand and availability, according to rate in effect at all times.
Pets subject to demand and availability, according to rate in effect at all times.
Buffet breakfast: According to rate in force at all times.

Children up to the age of two can sleep free of charge in the existing beds on the reserve, from this age the corresponding rate will be applied.

Pool towels are available upon request, they must be requested from the front desk staff; one will be delivered for each housed person who requests it, they must leave it inside their apartment on the day of their departure. Loss or damage will incur a charge of 40€ per towel on the customer’s credit card.

These rates may vary depending on the season.

If you are interested in hiring our extra services, you must indicate this at the time of booking or send an email to info@calalanuzasuites.com to request it and according to availability the establishment will accede to your request.

PAYMENT TERMS:

The booking can be made over the internet, receiving a written confirmation of the same within the shortest possible time. Within 7 days prior to your arrival you will need to pay 100% by credit card. When making payment, the customer, declares at the same time that he has read and understood the general conditions of hire and rules of living of Cala Lanuza Suites and that he agrees to the same. Once this amount is received, we will confirm receipt of the same, and directions for entry will be sent to you.

Any expenses incurred during your stay may be subsidized through TPV or cash up to the legal limit. Cala Lanuza Suites reserves the right to cancel the booking, if 100% payment of the booking has not been made 7 days before your arrival.
Nominal checks are not accepted.
In the event that a return is processed by the establishment, the same form of payment will be made. If on behalf of the customer the payment was by credit card, a receipt will be issued in the same form. Any subscription will come enclosed with its corresponding invoice.
Any extras issued during your stay will need to be paid at the time of check

out. In case the customer leaves without paying the extras will be charged to the credit card he left at the time of check in as a deposit. In case of no availability of money or no bail, the establishment will sue the customer according to the current legislation.

DOORS OPENING:

Once you have paid 100% of the amount and completed the details of the Check In you will receive in the email that provided when making the booking a code for opening doors of the establishment.

INPUTS/OUTPUTS

Check-ins will always be made from 15:00 to 20:00 hours on the day of your arrival by notifying in advance the time of arrival.

The Vd. cannot fit this schedule you will need to contact Cala Lanuza Suites to arrange your arrival. If Cala Lanuza Suites is not notified, the customer shall bear the additional expenses that may be incurred due to non-compliance with the schedule (such as hotel overnight stays, transportation expenses, etc.) without the customer having any right to make claims for such reason. If you cannot occupy the accommodation during the day of arrival or due to any difficulties during the trip or for personal reasons, as well as if you shorten your stay, Cala Lanuza Suites will not make any refund.

Check-outs will take place until 11 o’clock, agreed time of departure from the accommodation. Tenants should be prepared, with the suitcases packed, the apartment picked up and clean, leaving doors and windows closed.

IDENTIFICATION:

The user must prove his identity within a maximum period of 12h from his entry to the establishment through the display of a document that sufficiently proves his identity.

The establishment shall remit to the General Directorate of Police the information regarding the stay of the persons who are accommodated, in accordance with the regulations of citizen security.

BAIL:

A card number will be left as collateral and the company reserves the right to make a withholding in the amount of €200. The deposit will be returned to you in full, provided no damage is caused to the accommodation.

CANCELLATIONS ONCE CHECK IN PROCESSED:


Cala Lanuza Suites reserves the right to cancel reservations for reasons of “force majeure”, failure of the customer to show up at the established time and for failure to pay according to the terms provided for the amount of the reservation by the customer.

The establishment is not responsible for problems caused by this reason with transfers or transportation services.

In circumstances where Cala Lanuza Suites is unable to maintain reservations or provide services offered, full refund of the amount paid or alternative accommodation at similar category establishment will be offered.

In establishment has the right to terminate the accommodation contract for non-compliance with the rules, without return of the money.

During the accommodation period the customer can cancel his stay and leave earlier than planned bearing in mind that there are a conditions of cancellation taper has been stated above. In case the booking has been processed with a travel agency, you will need to get in touch with them and inquire about penalty nights. Every travel agency has a different regulation.

Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable, their penalty is 100%.
In case of processing a return, the establishment will make it by the same payment method (credit card, transfer/cash…) and always subtracting the management fees, bank fees and transfer or credit card costs.
