GENERAL RULES OF COEXISTENCE

All guests must comply with these rules. Failure to comply may result in an extra charge or immediate expulsion from the premises.

Apartments are delivered in optimal condition. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of arrival; otherwise, the guest accepts the apartment’s condition.

Guests must leave the apartment clean and tidy. Failure to do so may result in cleaning charges deducted from the security deposit.

Complimentary cleaning during the stay or at check-out does not include kitchenware.

All occupants must respect the neighbours and nearby properties. No disturbing, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities are allowed.

The main contract holder is responsible for the behaviour of all occupants. Cala Lanuza Suites may expel guests in case of negligence or inappropriate conduct, with no right to claims or compensation. The amount paid will not be refunded.

Do not hang towels or clothes over railings or balconies.
Children must be supervised by parents at all times and are under their responsibility.

The establishment is not responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by misuse of the apartment, including destruction, fire, theft, accidents, etc.

The establishment may request a €200.00 security deposit per booking. It will be refunded on departure after inspection and return of keys.

Costs for damage, lost keys, or unpaid extras will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the credit card. If no deposit was made, legal action will be taken according to applicable laws. The establishment has 24 hours to process the charge and issue the invoice.

The establishment accepts no liability for physical harm if the guest acted recklessly. In case of incidents between persons, the authorities will intervene.
The establishment accepts no responsibility for luggage left in apartments or common areas, parked vehicles, lost money, or electronics.

Guests must respect both day and night hours, especially during the night. One single complaint from a guest is enough for staff to demand silence in both common areas and rooms.

All persons must register with valid identification. Guests without documents will be denied access.
For safety reasons, non-registered visitors are not allowed in the apartments.

Guests must dress appropriately and respectfully in common areas. Bare feet and bare chests are not allowed.

Picnics are not allowed in common areas.
Parties are not allowed in apartments.

Explosive or flammable materials are strictly prohibited in apartments.

NO SMOKING:

Smoking is prohibited in all common areas and apartments. Non-compliance will incur a €250.00 cleaning fee per apartment.

QUIET HOURS:

From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

POOL RULES:

Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Swimming outside these hours is forbidden.Showering is mandatory before entering the pool. People with contagious diseases, infections, open wounds, etc. are not allowed to use the pool.

Sunscreen use is recommended.

Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Babies must wear special swim nappies; children must wear swimsuits.

Food, glass, crockery, or sharp objects are not allowed in pool solarium areas.

Wearing shoes, t-shirts, or inappropriate clothing in the pool is forbidden.

Running, pushing, diving, noisy or violent games, inflatables, balls, and diving masks are not permitted (except swimming aids).

Sunbeds cannot be reserved.

Animals are not allowed in the pool area.

Do not use apartment towels at the pool.

There is no lifeguard service at the pools. In case of accident, contact staff or call emergency services on 112.

GYM RULES

Opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Use outside these hours is strictly prohibited.

Users must respect the rules of the establishment.

Inappropriate behaviour, lack of hygiene, improper clothing, or misuse of equipment is not allowed.

For hygiene reasons, a towel must be used at all times.
Proper sportswear and footwear must be worn during exercise.

Use of the gym is under the user’s responsibility. The establishment is not liable for any injury or accident occurring in the gym.
Users suffering from infectious diseases or conditions that may pose a health risk to others are not allowed to use the gym.

CHILDREN

The guest is responsible for the number of persons occupying the apartment, including all children regardless of age. If more people (including children) arrive than initially booked, Cala Lanuza Suites reserves the right to deny access.

Children under 2 years old may stay free of charge in existing beds or in a cot requested in advance (subject to availability and extra charge).

Children aged 24 months and older must pay the full rate, even if sharing a bed with parents.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

NON-REGISTERED GUESTS

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

Non-registered visitors cannot use the facilities unless authorised by the property in writing.

Guests must not share access codes with non-registered persons. If so, the property reserves the right to deactivate the code.

Failure to comply may result in any necessary measures being taken by the establishment, with the main reservation holder held responsible.

PETS

Pets are allowed only if the pet reservation was processed in advance. Dog owners must provide valid documentation and are fully responsible for the pet’s behaviour at all times.
If the pet causes damage or injures any employee or other guest, the owner is fully liable and the establishment is excluded from any legal claim.

A maximum of one pet is allowed per apartment, subject to a surcharge of €15.00 per pet.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

Pets must not climb on beds, sofas, or chairs. Special towels can be requested to clean or dry your pet after walks. Do not use the establishment’s towels for this purpose.

Owners are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by pets. Charges may apply for furniture damage, hygiene problems, or disorder.
If other guests complain about barking or behaviour, the pet must be removed from the premises immediately.

All legal documentation and vaccination certificates must be available and shown on request.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

All guests are responsible for their belongings in both common areas and apartments. A safe is available in the apartment or at reception for valuables. The establishment is not liable for any loss.

LOST AND FOUND

If items are found after check-out, they will be labelled with the reservation holder’s name and room number and kept for up to 10 calendar days.
The establishment will not arrange shipping. The guest must organise collection through a courier and inform the establishment of the pick-up date and time.

Food and drink left in apartments will be discarded for hygiene reasons.

COMMON AREAS

Guests must leave equipment and areas tidy and free of rubbish. Guests may use common facilities (pools, terraces, toilets, parking if booked) during their stay and for a limited time after check-out.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

All employees must be treated with dignity and respect. Disturbances, disrespectful behaviour, shouting, threats, physical or verbal abuse will be considered serious misconduct.

In such cases, police will be called and the guest will be expelled without compensation.

Guests must respect the property and furnishings (including TVs, remotes, mirrors, hairdryers, towels, etc.). Damages will be charged.
Food or drinks cannot be taken from the breakfast buffet nor brought from outside for picnics in the common areas.

The establishment will determine acceptable noise levels and behaviour.
The establishment has the right to terminate a reservation for breach of rules without refund or accommodation for unused days.

Guests will be warned of bad behaviour. If they fail to comply, the reservation may be cancelled immediately without refund or compensation.

Expelled guests will be banned from making future reservations.

DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and other applicable regulations, we inform you that the personal data provided will be processed by “Promociones Gavair, S.L.” (Data Controller).

The purpose of the data processing is the maintenance, development, control, and execution of the contractual relationship established under the services provided by the contract.

The data will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship. Once concluded, personal data will be securely blocked as established by current regulations.

No data transfers to third parties are planned unless legally required.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will result in the termination of the contract, as data processing is essential for its execution.

“Promociones Gavair, S.L.” is responsible for applying the appropriate security measures in accordance with current data protection laws.

APPLICABLE LAW

This contractual relationship is subject to the General Terms and Conditions, the General Rules of Coexistence, and the applicable legislation for tourist apartments.

The full text of this contract and related documents has been drafted in both Spanish and English. However, the Spanish version will prevail for interpretation purposes.
